Starting from absolute beginner your foundation and pre pilates exercises, to fun and challenging cardio as well as HIIT challenges. mat pilates, reformer pilates, pilates with props etc. You can choose specific body parts you would like to work. you will also receive an initial free 30min zoom assessment so recommended playlists can be prescribed for your needs.
