Throughout the course students will learn an extensive collection of traditional, progressive & contemporary Reformer Pilates exercises. We offer interactive and collaborative learning environment. You can choose to complete the course on demand in the comfort of your own home (virtually) or in our state of art facilities in Dubai, UAE hosted over 2 weekends.
This course is focussed on all you pilates lovers who want to get a home reformer and know how to get the most out to it and plan their home training or those in the fitness industry who want to become a reformer pilates instructor.
Our course has been rewarded the maximum 12 CECs with REPs (The Register of Exercise Professionals) who works with a network of best quality training providers whose courses have been approved against international standards

Prerequisites for this course
You are an exisiting Personal Trainer or Yoga instructor
You have completed your Mat Pilates instructor and anatomy training
