At Ultimate Pilates our focus is on developing easy to use at home reformer and assisting you to make safe and effective pilates programming for all ages and fitness levels by understanding in depth the principles of pilates and how they are applied on the reformer .

Reformer Pilates Intensive Instructor Certification
The physical course is held over 3 days.
Each day runs for 5–6 hours, depending on the number of attendees.
Yes — this is an intensive Level 1 Reformer course.
• You will receive the full coursebook upon enrollment.
• The course includes 12+ hours of pre-recorded videos (accessed via QR codes).
• After the in-person training, you will need to complete:
• 30 observation hours
• 50 practice hours (virtual, group, or solo)
• 30 practice teaching hours (with a friend or home reformer – available with a 10% discount if purchased through me).
Once complete, you may book your 1-hour examination slot with Amba.
Yes — upon successful completion of your exam, you will be awarded your Level 1 Reformer Certification.
This is a practical, hands-on certification.
